Consultancy and Training

Not everything fits neatly into a coaching package, and some of what you need isn't coaching at all. I offer bespoke consultancy and training, scoped around exactly what your school, trust or governing body needs.

This includes sitting on interview panels, writing school development plans, supporting self-evaluation processes, and helping governors and trustees manage headteacher performance management well. I also deliver face-to-face training, recent examples include a time management session for support staff at an FE college, workshops for new headteachers commissioned by a local authority, and group coaching for first and second-year heads.

This work isn't booked exclusively by headteachers. I've worked directly with HR departments, local authority leads, and governing bodies, each commissioning support for their own teams or for the heads they're responsible for. If you're not sure whether what you need fits a standard package, it probably doesn't, and that's fine. We scope it together, based on what you're actually trying to solve.
